Heat-resisting and refractory concretes

Concrete which is suitable for use at high temperatures composed of hydraulic cement

(calcium aluminate cement) as the binding agent. Combined with heat resistant, refractory
aggregates and or fillers.

Heat-resistant concretes : Concretes for use up to about ~1000°C are considered to be ‘heat resistant’.
