Based on the human, cultural and natural factors land could be further classified into:

(a) BALISASVAMINI : Land inhabited by good people (BHADRAJANA).
(b) BHOGYA : Land fit for enjoyment.
© SITAGOCHARARAKSHINI : Land having natural resources.
(d) APASRAYAVATI : Land having fearful surroundings.
(e) KANTA : Land having charming surroundings all around.
(t) KHANIMATI : Land rich with mineral resources.
(g) ATMADHARINI : Land hard to administer.
(h) VANIKPRASADHIT A : Commercial centers.
(i) DRAVYASAMPANNA : Land rich in trees of superior qualities.
(j) AMRITAGHATINI : Land, where the people live with complete accord to each other,
living in well divided 'Janapadas'.
(k) ASRENIPURUSA: Land where there is no captives and which is inhabited by gentle folks.
(l) SAKYASAMANTA : Land where Samantas are lethargic and reluctant towards state crafts.
(m) DEVAMATRIKA : Land with full of rivers and having blooming agriculture, which does not depend on rains.
(n) DHANYA : Land with easy and excessive harvests and where no ploughing is necessary .
(0) HASTIVANOPETA : Land surrounded mountains on all sides having forests full of elephants.
(p) SURAKSHA: Land unconquerable by enemies because of natural boundaries.
