The Master Development Plan for Jaipur Region prepared for the horizon year 2025 is approved in the JDA 60th Authority Meeting Dated 05/09/2011.
It comes into operation with effect from 06/09/2011.

f) Recreational (Regional Park, District park and other recreational facilities) 
g) Tourism Facility Zone
h) Water Bodies, Natural drainage etc
i) Circulation

MDP-2025 JAIPUR  Clause- 10.1.1 : 
Permitted Use Premises In Residential Use Zone (R-Zone)

1. Auditoriums : A premise having an enclosed space to seat audience and stage various performances like Concerts, Play, Recitals, Functions, etc.  
Minimum area required 0.15 hect. (for a sitting  Capacity up to 500 seats )
Road width 30 mtr. & above, 
Use permises : Auditorium Watch & ward Residence (upto 30 sq.m.),
