This model puts the RWA in the driver's seat with involved citizens playing an active role at all levels of the Public Participation Model, from Information and Consultation to Collaboration.

Feedback and sharing progress of the project ensures that all citizens continue to be involved with an enhanced feeling of ‘Empowerment’
