Principles of activity planning

A WBS (work breakdown structure) is needed to determine the activity plan. A thoroughly outlined activity plan  helps minimize task redundancy and makes certain the work is within the scope of the project.

Activity Planning breaks down into following  processes:

1.       Define Activities
2.       Sequence Activities
3.       Estimate Activity Resources
4.       Estimate Activity Durations
5.       Develop Schedule
