Carpet area definition as per RERA Rajasthan - FDArchitects - 01-05-2018

carpet area definition under RERA Rajasthan is net usable floor area of an apartment that excludes the area covered by the external wall but it include area covered by internal walls. 
Carpet area excludes area under service shafts, exclusive balcony, verandah or open terrace area.
