Residential building Setback, Building By Laws - samrad91 - 04-18-2020

Dear respected architects and townplanners,

I have a query regarding setback for a residential plot whose dimensions are as follows -
East facing (to a road of 60 ft width)
Dimensions 75 feet (length) x 40 feet (width), approx. area 278 square meters.
There is a deadwall/cherpeta/zero setback building along the entire south side.
There is a deadwall on approx. 2/3rd length on north side.
West side has a boundary wall with approx. 5 feet setback followed by a builder floor.

Please help me in deciding correct setback, especially along the north wall (which is having a dead wall for approx. 2/3rd of the length of the plot).
Please provide me setback as per the latest by laws of JDA.

For reference, I have attached an image with this post to depict the plot size and surroundings in a line diagram.

Any comments will be highly useful.

Thank you.
