• Architecture makes it possible for people to come together in a space of various disciples and share their thoughts. The mound provided doesn't reflect the same.
• Interactive spaces provided, both indoors and outdoors should be associated with the activities.
• A project of Large scale should reflect on the social and cultural Life of people and their interactions.

The thesis fundamentally questions the image of workspaces in the near future. With the emerging new t rend of a more independent workforce, plus t he global trends of horizontal organizational structures and urban office buildings integrated with informal spaces, the future workspace will focus highly on informal interactions which Lead to the mutual economic benefits of knowledge sharing, team building and job satisfaction. This project works towards developing a futuristic working space for the independent millennial workforce and make the hub open for all- i.e., to respect the needs of users requiring collaborative spaces and as well as the privacy of introverted users by providing varying Levels of Luxury and standards of economic outlook. Concept for the site zoning is Breathing mass and the Biophilic architecture.
According to this theory human exposed to nature will generate stimuli through involuntary activities supported by voluntary attention. This reduces stress Level and the energy Level will increase. The classical physical design of a co-working space is an open-floor plan with shared workspaces where co-workers can easily interact with each other. More informal spaces/ facilities such as coffee corners, a kitchen, meeting rooms, 24/7 access, internet access, printer and copying facilities, Lounge space are given. The spaces will be designed to provide opportunity to interact with people from varying professional backgrounds, who would Likely be a useful connection and this in turn can be converted into generating Leads and partnership opportunities in being surrounded by committed, enthusiastic workers who are highly motivating.
These collaborations often Lead to business expansions. Breathing mass creates voids in the block for the air flow into the site with green bed and additive method helps to achieve with squares and rectangle modules for easy cross ventilation and Lighting. There are some voids to Let air to cross into t he site and will have air movement all over the site and the water body will reduce the temperature of the air, making it cool.
