Sanjay mohe and Mindscape architects
This one-year-old research facility houses around 750 scientists and state-of-the art laboratories for scientific experiments ail under
one roof. The aim is to make the campus function as a fertile ground for interaction, discussion and a stimulating exchange of ideas.
The structure resonates with natural energy. Sanjay has strategically positioned the Innovation Plaza at the head of a natural water bowl and golf course greens, amidst the 100-acre campus. He explains, 'The landscape seems to be like an extension of the built form , as all work spaces have visual connectivity with nature, as well as with other work areas. We have tried to allow this building to function with a low
dependency on artificial sources of energy and also tried to create a balanced workplace where both left and right brain functions are
given due regard.
