The complex houses a Transport Terminal and complimentary retail areas, restaurants, and an entertainment centre. High above the Terminal’s public concourse a unique, publicly accessible, winter-garden provides access to high quality office space, service apartments, a hotel, and a wellness centre.

Generous ramps characterise the Transport Terminal entrance hall, providing direct connections to both the neighbouring properties and the Moscow Metro System.
