c) Industrial
d) Government reserved areas.
e) Public and Semi Public (Institutional, Medical, Public utility)
f) Recreational (Regional Park, District park and other recreational facilities) 
g) Tourism Facility Zone
h) Water Bodies, Natural drainage etc
i) Circulation

MDP-2025 JAIPUR  Clause- 10.1.1 
Permitted Use Premises In Residential Use Zone (R-Zone)

1. Auditoriums : A premise having an enclosed space to seat audience and stage various performances like Concerts, Play, Recitals, Functions, etc.  
Minimum area required 0.15 hect. (for a sitting  Capacity up to 500 seats )
Road width 30 mtr. & above, 
Use permises : Auditorium Watch & ward Residence (upto 30 sq.m.),
