Rajasthan high court decision on writ petition (PIL) by Shri Gulab Kothari, Editor, Rajasthan Patrika regarding the allegations of deviation of Master Plans of six major cities ( Jaipur , Jodhpur, Kota, Udiapur, Ajmer, Bikaner)  of Rajasthan 

key instructions to development authority given by honourable courts are : 

The sanctity of Master Development Plan or the Zonal Development Plan finally sanctioned shall be maintained and all development schemes of the
various zones and the development work to be undertaken by the local authorities or private entrepreneurs or anybody else during the operative
period thereof, shall conform to the land uses as specified under the Master Development Plan or Zonal Development Plan, as the case may be.

While pronouncing the order on Thursday on half a dozen petitions related to deviations in Master Plans of six cities, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur and Bikaner, the division bench, comprising justices Sangeet Lodha and Arun Bhansali, issued a 33-point direction and asked the state government to file a compliance report by May 22. but government does not take this order seriously
