Initially when an Architect starts his career client selects the architect for his building , just because of his personal relationship with the Architect. Over a period of time the Architect is known by his creations (construction) along with his good will in the market. So he has his own position and image now.

Now scene changes and the contractor selects the Architect of his ease of tuning and comfort level with the Architect.

As time passes the Architect really understands what is his role in building construction and architectural design. Now the Architect will select Client and contractor according to his style of architecture and behavior. Letter on the Architect will develop a team of contractor and other consultants (services) related to building construction and prefer work with them only.
