Afsaneh Guest House  and Afsaneh Bader's own home at Auroville

This is an intensely private oasis: huge old trees, the stillness of water, paths that curve and suddenly unfold vistas of the
·mindfulness' the Buddha talked of - a personal interpretation of shelter. The complex of buildings, Japanese in their severe geometry, with their swooping eaves, are perfectly at home in this south Indian setting with its age-old tradition of sharply sloping roofs. Half a dozen of them form the accommodation for afsaneh Guesthouse - while the largest is the main building with its dining hall, lounge and penthouse
suite, the most secluded is Afsaneh Bader's own home.
