Planning and Development Organizations
Town & Country Planning Organization, Urban Development Departments , City Improvement Trust, Development Authorities, Municipal Corporation etc. – objectives, functions and duties, organizational structure, technical capacity , statutory obligations, budgetary outlays; coordination and implementation issues
