Going back in history and comparing the different forms of art and entertainment over centuries together, the art and entertainment as well as the methods of production system have seen a drastic change. The work that undergoes have been transforming with the evolution of technology and the different nature of works.
From mechanical era to simple computerized art and finally towards complex computerized art, the Information Technology industry, especially in the field of video production has seen a steep upward slope towards development. 
Now more than ever, gaming is at the heart of the entertainment business. The way consumers engage with is continually changing. Not only does this result in an overall engagement, but it also leads to entirely new segments of game enthusiasts. Brands from every corner of the consumer-facing market, are seizing the
opportunity that gaming presents, especially when it comes to reaching younger generations. 
This thesis helps to understand the work culture of the different factors contributing to this IT industry, together to come to inferences and propose a design intervention with a new office environment/culture that combines modern office spaces with modern individual needs thus defining a new face of IT industry, especially in India.
This thesis intends toprovide a productive workspace,to learn the different aspects of the industry and thus formulate a design intervention which will inevitably form up and
provide more dynamic and productive work environments for the workforce of today and tomorrow.
