• Pandemic has given us a deep understanding to build a connection with the living and work space.
• The workspace that is small needs to be studied more for better understa nding.

This thesis proposes a new -built collection of the five elements, work, live, show, learn and play, which is a "creative hub" in Bengaluru catering primarily to startups and freelancers which have a pretty vibrant start-up culture and creative hotspot in South India. With the emerging local trend of a more independent workforce, plus global trends of horizontal organizational structures and urban working spaces with more informal areas.
The future will focus highly on informal interaction and social distancing and our role is to generate the spatial conditions that empower the community by supporting innovation and creativity. The approach is to upbring creative people from all over the region into a common spot and to ensure the various shared spaces have the right degree of proximity, privacy and permission for healthy informal interactions, without compromising on space efficiency and worker productivity.
The design proposal should be seen as an example of how to share, demonstrate, educate, inspire, make and collaborate in order to generate new sustainable development.
Hence, the attention paid to "creative city" to maximize the opportunities for face-to-face meetings, unrestricted flow of information and collaboration. Research by design is mainly
implemented, and needs have been tested through digital model studies and sketching.
