• The site shape is rigid as compa red to the free flowing river beside it Bhutan being the land of higher happiness index, prefers sustainable lifestyle and architecture, which could have been incorporated.

This project is based on the Urban analysis and  the reports by MoWHS The development of a new satellite site coming up lOkms away from the selected site. The location of the site also has a major role in developing the proposal. This proposal gives the city a new cultural space  to celebrate and a new direction on which the city can be connected. Aimed at decentralizng the city core and providing easy accessibility of services to the southern precinct by reducing the crowd movement toward the city core, by
analyzing the city evolution and proposing a new corridor that connects both sides of the city. 
The main objective of the thesis is Creative Socia Cultural spaces for the people of Thimphu and an indigenous education/info Center along with farmer's market The program will be derived based on the surrounding requirements. 
Various spaces that will help towards building a decentralized creative socio cultural spaces include, community spaces, boutique, exhibit spaces and, development and training; which is a community and tourist based service connecting on enhancing the community development and providing a larger platform for discussion.
The tourism service will serve the tourist with all the information and services needed will be provided. The fa rmer's market, storage and craft shop will provide a secondary platform for the farmers to sell their produce which will serve the southern precinct along with other basic government services. Recreation spaces like food courts, worship space and performance areas are also provided .
