In this building locally available material is used. Blue pottery tiles and wrought iron railings are used as an elevation ornament. Kota stone flooring is applied throughout the building. This institute building has four lecture halls on Basement and ground floor, an office on first floor and accomadation on second floor.Beauty is added to the terrace by a green roof top canteen.
